從二零零三年開始，November十一月多了一個新的串法-Movember，M代表Moustache，也就是鬍子。「小鬍子的十一月」起源自澳洲，一群關注男性健康的活動策劃者，想到用蓄小鬍子的方法，提醒公眾關注預防前列腺癌，亦同時為這病的防治研究籌款，這些年來，這活動成功登陸美州、歐洲、亞洲和非洲。
